I can say only the apartment was nice, very clean and the Agency provides one of the best services which i have ever seen before. The staff was very helpful. We checked in very quickly..during 10 min, got the map, useful information about Madrid, the check-out went without any problems.

Plaza Mayor 1 ( now number 2)
Booking:
Booking of the apartment via the internet and your website was easy and had all information (or so we thought) about the apartment, its location and facilities. Response was good and enabled to settle our Madrid accommodation very quickly. After looking at your current website we had booked and stayed in ‘Plaza Mayor 1’ but it seems to be called ‘Plaza Mayor 2’ now.
Arrival in Madrid:
This section of your business needs a lot of work. Firstly, I think your business makes the assumption that all of your visitors understand the Spanish language with all its abbreviations and meanings. If this assumption is correct then you have no problem with your business model, but, if you are offering a service to ALL international travellers perhaps a good place to start would be a clearer description of residential addresses in all Spanish cities. An example of this is the address your customers have to go to make payments and pick up the key namely, ‘Calle del Piamonte 7, bajo j’. Firstly we understand the 7 to be the street number as in other European cities but ‘Bajo J’ was new and we had to work out that this meant apartment ‘J’ on the ground floor. Also when we arrived at the address there was no information regarding the Company ‘ApartmentPlan.Es’ on the intercom only the detail ‘B.J.’ which was the only information on the intercom that had any connection to the address supplied so we pressed the button and gained access.
When we entered the building we struggled with our suitcases though the cramped courtyard and there were three people outside the office door smoking who watched us all the way to the door of the office with no offer to help and then when we got into the office one of these people followed us in and then made it very clear that they did not speak English. A little bit of planning could have ensured that an English speaking office person should have been there to welcome us to Spain and then explain the process that was to take place. We had to speak to someone on the phone and we were told to come back in an hour or so when it is convenient for that person to be in the office.
After a long overnight flight from Miami this was not the best welcome to Madrid/Spain that could have been offered.
This whole process of going to an office address to pick up the key and make payment and then going to the actual apartment address is costly and time consuming as well as frustrating for travellers. If all transactions were made at the apartment being rented at a prearranged time after the cleaning has taken place then travellers will plan around that and as credit card information is supplied beforehand payment can be made at your convenience. The office and its staff give your customers the first impression of your business as well as Madrid and based upon what we saw and experienced we were not impressed.
The Apartment:
After picking up the key and making payment we caught a taxi to the actual apartment. Luckily for us when we arrived at the apartment building the cleaner was coming out of the building so we gained access to the building and she explained how to get in etc. and we introduced ourselves to the concierge at that time. Again, if the handover was to take place at the apartment being rented this introduction to key people could be made in a more professional manner. When we were looking for an apartment we looked for ones that did not have staircases and had elevators to handle a large amount of baggage as we were travelling for 5 weeks. The ‘Plaza Mayor 1’ apartment indicated that it was on the 4th floor and had an elevator. Unfortunately we made the assumption that this meant that there we no stairs to climb. Upon arrival we were surprised to find that there were in fact two sets of stairs to manoeuvre with our suitcases. We were able to handle the 2 flight of 12 steps, one set before getting the elevator and one from the elevator to the apartment front door but there are many older travellers or those with families who have a lot of items to move as well as young children who can fall down stairs, so information on ANY stairs should be detailed in the apartments information so that your customers do not have any surprises when they arrive.
Overall the apartment was well appointed and very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay in such a great location.
Summary:
Although we enjoyed the apartment and our stay in Madrid we would only recommend your service to anyone who is staying for at least 4 to 5 nights as the first day is spent running around getting to and from the office and for anyone’s first visit to a major city this is quite tiring and somewhat frustrating.

Will stay at the Plaza Mayor Apartment again when visiting Madrid :)

This apartment is amazing! To start with we had our flight delayed for 6 hours and arrived very late at the apartment as Sol underground station was closed so we had to take a taxi. The representative (if I remember correctly Lucie) was there to greet us and spoke very good english. She explained how all the things worked in the apartment and also things to do. She provided us with a map. The apartment is exactly situated in Plaza Mayor, very central and just outside the door there is the main Tourist Information Centre where you can get all the help you need. Sol is the closest underground station with just a 4 minute walk away and also Opera is very close. The main attractions are just within walking distance and this is superb. The Air condition is magnificent in the apartment and has all the utilities that are listed on the website. I don't think there are any disadvantages with this apartment! 10/10

Apartment Arenal Junior, Madrid (One bedroom apartment for 1 to 4 guests)
With the extra fold-up bed - my adult sized 'boys' were very comfortable. And we LOVED the apartment! It is simply beautiful and in a wonderful location. There are so many features we found so nice in a rental apartment: the bedroom storage, the bathroom storage and wonderful shower. The closed shutters kept out the light and noise and we loved the balconies. We really could not have been more pleased.
Hopefully I'll be back in Madrid another time; you'll hear from me then. I love your beautiful city.

It would be much more convenient if someone could meet you at the apartment with the keys, as the office is a good taxi journey away.

El apt.estuvo muy bueno ,comodo y limpio.El cuarto de atras necesita calefaccion es frio.Y por supuesto el ruido es inevitable apesar de esto su ubicacion es super cenrtica y lo compensa Estuvimos muy bien ,volveriamos
